TO APPLY:  Click on the Photo of the property you are interested in.  when the link opens click the APPLY NOW button.   Only fill out  an application if there is a specific property you would like to lease in the immediate future ( You dont have to re-apply for other units).   Applications are generally approved within 24-72 hours.  

NOTE:  Each adult who will be residing at the premises MUST fill out an individual application.  (Exception, Husband & Wife may submit one form)   Be sure to list/name any co-applicants.  Applications are NOT kept on file for more than 30 days.   There is NO fee to apply, however, a 40.00 processing fee is assessed upon signing a new lease. 

Prior to viewing a home offered for rent,  an application MUST be submitted.    Feel free to drive by and view any unit from the exterior,  but please do not disturb occupants.
