Prior to viewing a home offered for rent,  an application MUST be submitted.  If multiple adults will reside in the home, an application for each adult must be submitted prior to entering into a lease.  Feel free to drive by and view any unit from the exterior,  but please do not disturb occupants.   

Well behaved, nuetered/spayed pets are permitted in all our homes for rent.   Pet rent  and additional deposits/ fees are required.
