The more details you provide regarding negative information on your application, the better. A 40.00 application fee is assessed, but only when a lease is signed.

We love our pets as much as you do! That's why all of our rental homes will accept well behaved, nuetered or spayed pets. Pet rent of 30/mos/pet and an additional deposit of 1/2 months rent is required at move-in. Our HWY 40 property is ideal for active dogs, with ample opportunities for walking and sniffing.

Today, many industries face shortages of parts...materials, or labor. Now, it is not uncommon for consumers to wait weeks or months for delivery of a product or part.
We do our best to insulate our tenants from experiencing these hardships in their home. We keep a supply of replacement items on hand and at the ready in case of failure. In the event your AC or heat cannot be immediately repaired by our staff, we keep a few space heaters, box fans and window AC's in stock to ensure you will be as comfortable as possible while parts or a replacement unit can be sourced.
